Classic win Division 2 Title

Congratulations to Classic Snooker Club who won the division 2 title with an impressive 17 point gap above nearest rivals, runner up Darcy McGees D.

Darcys B Win the Division 1 Title

Congratulations to Darcys B who won the division 1 title this week beating close rivals Darcys A in an epic playoff battle. Darcys B got off to a fine start on Tuesday night with Conor Harkin beating Dane Daly 2-0, but Stephen Reddington took the match back to equal footing by securing a 2-0 win over Gavin Stokes. However, Darcys B came out strong on Thursday night with Liam Brady beating Ian Smith 2-0, before Philip McCaffrey took the win home by beating Philip O’Connor 2-0.

Well done to (Winners) Darcys B and (Runner up) Darcys A,on a fine season of snooker.

Darcys A win Dublin Club Championship 2019


Congratulations to Darcys A who won the Dublin Club Championship 2019 on Saturday 13th April 2019.

Division 1 – Playoff to decide the who wins the title.

This year the race for the Division 1 League title couldnt’t have been closer with Roadstone A, Darcy McGees A, Willows A, Pioneers and Darcy McGees B all in the runnings right up to the penultimate week. After the final week of fixtures Darcy McGees A and Darcy McGees B are level on 61 points each. They will now face each other in a play-off match to decide who will be the 2018/19 Season winners.

Paul McGrane Wins Division 1 Individuals

Congratulations to Roadstone’s Paul McGrane, who won the Division 1 Individual competition today in Darcy McGees Snooker Club. Paul beat Aaron Holland 3-0 in the final. Philip Browne had the highest break of the day with a break of 75.

Patrick Joyce Wins Division 2 Individuals

Congratulations to Patrick Joyce, of the Classic Snooker Club, who won the Division 2 Individual competition. Patrick beat Roadstone’s Mark Garvey 2-0 in the final. Patrick also had the highest break of the day, with a break of 50.

Division 2 Individuals

Liam Brady Wins DBSL Handicap Tournament – Series 3

Congratulations to Liam Brady, of Darcy McGees B, winner of the DBSL Handicap Tournament Series 3. Liam beat Philip Browne 3-2 in a close final. This was the first event in the series where an open draw was done for each section as the day progressed.
