3rd Intermediate Ranking Tournament

The 3rd RIBSA Intermediate ranking tournament took place in Northwest Snooker Club in Letterkenny on 1st/2nd December 2007. This tournament differed
from other intermediates as it held a group stage to decide the last 16. Philip Browne from A.L.S.A.A. 'A' knocked out 3 local players to reach the final.
Philip beat Bernard McGuinness (Northwest), Martin Divilly (Brook Lodge) and Jason Devaney (Savoy) in the knockout stages before eventually losing to Colvin O'Brien
(Ivy Rooms) 3-0 in the final. Colvin had the biggest break of 103, with Brendan Murphy from Spawell 'B' making a break of 80 in the earlier group stages.
