4rd Intermediate Ranking Tournament
Monkstown Snooker Club - 23rd February 2008
The 4th RIBSA Intermediate ranking tournament took place in Monkstown Snooker Club on 23rd February 2008 and Phil Arnold (Celbridge) came through the field to beat Colvin O'Brien (Ivy Rooms, Carlow) 3-2 in the final. O'Brien started the tournament as no. 1 seed and had won the previous Senior Ranking tournament in Carlow 2 weeks earlier. Phil saw off number 2 seed Philip Browne (A.L.S.A.A.) and number 3 seed Mark Walsh (New Institute, Nenagh) on to the way to the final. He also made the high break prize of the tournament with a break of 87.
